Social media continue to play an increasingly important role in marketing, not only related to brand campaigns, but also related to personal branding and career search campaigns. I see social media as sitting squarely at the intersection of marketing and innovation, and I can’t wait to hear more about what brands have done to leverage the digital & PR media to drive buzz in ways we never imagined possible even a couple years ago.
I also hope to gain some insights that could be useful to those of you who may be able to apply some of the same buzz-generating principles to your own careers, whether building your social media footprint or relaunching your own life.
