Consulting Clients- Refund Policy

If you’ve signed up to be a private client, I want you to know I’ve got your best interest at heart. Since Jan. 2013, I’ve never had a single client ask for a refund. However, I have a 100% risk-free no-questions-asked refund policy for unused sessions. If at any time, you feel we should end our coaching relationship prior to the end of our agreed coaching term, please email me with your request with at least two weeks’ notice in advance of our next session.

There are no cancellation fees, though no refunds are provided for sessions already held. I’ll be happy to refund you the pro-rated fees for sessions not completed. No questions asked. If you have any questions about this, feel free to email me at
